Serving Newton and Rockdale Counties of Georgia since 2009

Welcome

The members of the Heartland Woman's Club has been serving our communities since 2007  and has  a growing membership of dedicated volunteers.  The group has provided a strong and integral body of support for the communities of Newton and Rockdale Counties.  Meetings are held the first Sunday of the month, August through June.

Our members began working together in 1990 under the banner of the Covington Woman's Club night group.  In the summer of 2007, these women voted to found a new club in order for its membership to grow and to expand its area for service to the community.  The Heartland Woman's Club was incepted on July 12, 2007.

GFWC Heartland Woman's Club is a proud member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs and the Georgia Federation of Women's Clubs.  Honoring the motto of "Unity in Diversity," we come together as unique individuals dedicated to community improvement by promoting interest and activity in the arts, education, and public issues.  Our mission is to enhance the lives of others in Newton and Rockdale Counties through volunteer services.
